Player Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Hold a valid U.S. passport

• Be 18–30 years of age

• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional or semi-professional playing experience

• Be physically fit and capable of competing at a high-performance level

• Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and commitment on and off the field

Selection Process

• Players will be evaluated and selected based on performance, experience, and positional needs

• Selection is competitive and limited

• Final acceptance is determined by technical staff and international partners

Medical Clearance, Waiver & Liability Release

All participating players are required to complete and sign a Medical Clearance Form, Liability Waiver, and Assumption of Risk Agreement prior to participation in any FC ALLEN activities related to this program.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Training sessions
• Tryouts and evaluations
• Practices
• Domestic and international travel
• Overseas matches and competitions
• All program-related events and activities

Medical Responsibility

• Players confirm they are medically fit to participate in high-level competitive soccer
• Players are responsible for obtaining any required medical clearance prior to participation
• FC ALLEN does not provide medical insurance for injuries or illnesses unless otherwise stated in writing
• Players are responsible for their own health insurance coverage, including international coverage if applicable

Assumption of Risk

Players acknowledge and understand that participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (minor or severe)
• Illness
• Travel-related risks
• Contact with other players
• Environmental and field conditions

By participating, players voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the program.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Players hereby waive, release, and discharge FC ALLEN Soccer Club, its directors, officers, coaches, staff, agents, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries
• Medical expenses
• Lost wages or opportunities
• Travel-related incidents
• Any other losses arising from participation

This waiver applies to all program phases, including practices, evaluations, travel, lodging, and matches played domestically or overseas.

No Legal Obligation

• FC ALLEN is not legally obligated for any physical injury, illness, or other damages incurred during participation
• Participation is voluntary, and players accept full personal responsibility for their well-being

By signing the required documents, players confirm that they:

• I Acknowledge that failure to sign all waivers will result in disqualification from participation.
